13. Dispute resolution.

Applicable law and jurisdiction These General Conditions of Use, as well as the use of the Website, shall be governed by Spanish law. Any controversy will be resolved before the courts of Torrevieja (Alicante). In the event that any stipulation of these General Conditions of Use is unenforceable or null by virtue of the applicable legislation or as a result of a judicial or administrative resolution, said unenforceability or nullity will not make these General Conditions of Use unenforceable or null altogether.
